Refund & Cancellation
Information about cancellation, withdrawal and refunds for digital content purchased through CzechIN.
Last updated: 28 September 2026
1. Digital Products
CzechIN sells digital content that may be delivered electronically, including PDF documents, guides and other materials.
2. Statutory Withdrawal Rights
For distance contracts, consumers generally have a statutory withdrawal period unless an applicable exception applies. For digital content supplied online, Czech consumer rules contain specific requirements and exceptions.
3. Immediate Delivery Consent
If you expressly request immediate access to digital content before the withdrawal period expires, and the legal requirements are satisfied, your statutory withdrawal right may cease once the digital content is supplied.
I expressly agree that the digital content will be made available to me immediately after payment and acknowledge that, once the digital content is supplied, I lose my statutory right of withdrawal to the extent permitted by applicable law.
4. Refunds
Where a refund is legally required, CzechIN will process it using the applicable payment method or another lawful method agreed with the customer. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
5. Technical Problems
If a purchased product cannot be accessed because of a technical problem attributable to CzechIN, contact us promptly. We will investigate and provide an appropriate remedy where required by law.
6. Duplicate Payments
If you believe you have been charged more than once for the same order, contact us with the order number and transaction details.
