These Terms & Conditions govern use of the CzechIN website, customer accounts and purchases of digital products such as PDF documents, guides, checklists and other digital content.

3. Customer Account
Some digital products require registration and login. You must provide accurate information and keep your password confidential.
4. Products and Prices
Product descriptions, prices, availability and principal characteristics are displayed on the relevant product page. Prices should clearly state the applicable currency and VAT treatment where required.
5. Orders
The ordering interface should allow you to review and correct information before submitting an order. A contract is formed in accordance with applicable Czech consumer and contract rules and the order confirmation provided by CzechIN.
6. Digital Delivery
After successful payment and completion of any required consent for immediate digital delivery, purchased content may be made available through your customer account or a secure download mechanism.
7. Immediate Digital Delivery
For digital content supplied online, statutory withdrawal rights may apply unless a legal exception applies. Where immediate supply before expiry of the withdrawal period is requested, CzechIN will obtain the required express consent and provide the legally required information before the binding order is submitted.
8. Permitted Use
A purchase grants the customer a personal, limited right to use the purchased digital content for lawful purposes. Unless permitted by law or in writing, customers must not resell, publish, commercially redistribute purchased PDFs or share account access.
9. Immigration and Visa Information
Unless expressly stated otherwise, CzechIN materials are informational resources. They do not guarantee a visa, residence permit, appointment, employment outcome or decision by a Czech or other public authority.
10. Website Availability
We aim to keep the website and purchased content available, but maintenance, technical failures, security incidents or events outside our reasonable control may affect availability.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable Czech law, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rights under applicable EU or other law.
